Electronic Invoice (NF-e, template 5%) is a digital document with fiscal purpose to good transaction or service provision operations, which goal is standardizing national fiscal document template.

Its legal effectiveness is assured by sender´s digital signature and electronic document receiving by Tax Authorities, before generating fact occurrence. NF-e is part of Federal Government program called SPED (Digital Bookkeeping System).
